To respect our therapists’ time and maintain the quality of our services, we have a strict cancellation and rescheduling policy:

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment at no charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time using the link at the bottom of your confirmation email.

Within 24 hours of your appointment:

Rescheduling requests made between 24 and 12 hours before the appointment will incur a rescheduling fee of 40% of the session value.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance and missed appointments will be charged 100% of the session value.

Within 12 hours of your appointment:

Rescheduling is not allowed.
The appointment will be considered a cancellation and 100% of the session value.
