Camila has been an esthetician and massage therapist since 2003. In fact, she is one of the pioneers of Brazilian lymphatic drainage in the United States. Over the years, her expertise in the lymphatic system has helped individuals from diverse backgrounds achieve their health and aesthetic goals.
After extensive training in body contouring and lymphatic drainage, Camila developed a signature method called Massage High Definition (MHD). This technique perfectly combines health, beauty, and relaxation.
Moreover, she continues to expand her knowledge and stays up-to-date with the latest advancements. Today, Camila and her team use this method to operate spas in New York and Miami.
As a result, she is the face of MOVA by Camila Perez.
Established in 2018, MOVA by Camila Perez is the home of Massage High Definition, our signature Manual Lymphatic Drainage treatment. This technique increases lymph and blood flow. With specific movements, it releases superficial connective tissue, opens space, and breaks adhesions to improve circulatory flow.
Consequently, clients experience a delightful sensation of well-being and relaxation. Additionally, the treatment creates a light and contoured silhouette.
Thanks to this success, we expanded our services to seasonal work in New York City. By 2021, we began operating full-time there.
